You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. Returns made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• In the original packaging with tags still attached

• Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note: Returns for incorrect size choices or style preferences will not be accepted if a size chart was clearly provided on the product page. Please ensure you review all product details carefully before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be pre-approved by Naomi Melbourne. To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at info@naomi-melbourne.com within 30 days of receipt. Any returns sent without prior approval will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender at their own cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom jewelry (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items)

• Worn or used jewelry (e.g., earrings, rings, or necklaces that have been worn)

• Items with missing tags or packaging

• Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the issue. After this period, we will not be liable for any damages or issues with the item.

If necessary, we may request photographic evidence to process your claim. Once reviewed, we will offer a solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is processed and approved, you may reorder the correct item at your own expense.

14-Day Withdrawal Period (EU)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and without justification.

However, to exercise this right, the item must meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned above (unworn, unused, and in original packaging). Returns for incorrect size choices will not be accepted if a size chart was provided. Please review all product information carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected your returned item. Naomi Melbourne reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the return requirements.

If your return is approved, you will receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.

Late Returns

Returns made after 30 days or for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.
